1. Handmade to Order: All our shirts are meticulously crafted and made to order Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

2. Order Confirmation: Please double-check your order confirmation to ensure that all details, including size, and design, are accurate. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 2hrs of placing your order.

3. Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our handmade shirts. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. Shirt must be in brand new condition still with tag. Photo must clearly show tag still on shirt and not removed. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
